At Mushez, we want you to love what you buy. While we do not offer refunds, we’re happy to offer a one-time exchange for your item if something’s not right.
Exchange Policy
You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Sale or clearance items are not eligible for exchange unless they are damaged or incorrect.
How to Request an Exchange
Contact us at mushez.org@gmail.com or WhatsApp +92 3465552873 within 7 days.
Share your order number, reason for exchange, and a photo of the item (if damaged or incorrect).
Once approved, send the item back to our return address.
We’ll ship the replacement product after receiving and inspecting the original item.
Important Notes
No cash refunds are provided under any circumstances.
Delivery charges for returning the item are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
If the item requested for exchange is unavailable, we’ll offer you store credit or a similar replacement.
Important Note on Sale Items
Products purchased during a sale, promotional offer, or clearance event are non-exchangeable and non-returnable, unless:
- The item is damaged, or
- You received the wrong product
If eligible, your replacement will be processed and dispatched within 3–4 working days after we receive the returned item.
Please make sure to double-check size, color, and product details before placing an order on discounted items.
